"Killer Is In The Train"

The train was running smoothly on the track. Cool and fresh air was accompanying a tad of awful stench of something through the half-open window. He enjoyed a long drag on the cigarette, Soft white smoke went out through a similar window, and blended in with a white haze. He felt somewhat cold yet didn't close the window. The mists covered the sky like a window ornament, the sun was behind someplace the drapery, and sometimes the sun peeked out a little from the drapery as the bride peeks through her cloak.

 

Inside the train, there was a little surge; a few travelers were standing because of an absence of void seats. On account of chilliness, all the windows were shut. A few people were moving to start with one side then onto the next. He did glance in some cases inside the train and once in a while looked outside the train. He was pretending that he is observing imprudently however the truth is, he was noticing everything cautiously and sitting mindfully. He was discovering somebody who was here someplace. It was not his first time, he was proficient and sharp. He has a sharp and mindful brain since he has an extremely significant level of training. He had solved many cases and was known all over the country as a flabbergasted detective named Asad D, no one knew what's the meaning of D, everyone called him AD as a nickname. All the largest newspapers in the country published his deeds many times. Though he was a private detective, he solved many problems of the police and caught very dangerous criminals, that's why he was considered honorably in the country. But this case was very important for him because this case was about his personal life. His better-half was murdered a few days back. He found a clue that the killer was traveling on this train so he came here to catch him. He also knew some about his physical appearance such as he has curly hair, a cut mark on his eyebrow, and tiny height.

There was half an hour he sat on the train but he couldn't find any clue of him. He didn't try to find him actually and remained sitting here." Now he got up, and went to another apartment, he was passing glancing at everyone; abruptly his eyes stopped on a man who was the same what he was looking for. Yet the man recognized him too and ran, He chased him and grabbed him, "Why did you kill my wife", he asked with a slap strongly on his face. “He ordered me, I work for Jonathan." the man told him about his boss.  "Who is Jonathan and where is he now?" He asked again with a solid slap on his face. The tiny man dropped on the floor, it was an empty part of the train where two compartments joined. No one was watching them. “H…e… he… he is a smuggler, he exports and imports items illegally throughout the country and outside of the country." He replied with stammering.  "Where will he be now"? He asked him forcefully again. 'He is on a train now, but I don't know which apartment." "You're liar, you know where he will be now, tell me if you don't then I'll throw you out from the train." He threatened him. "It's true I don't know where he will meet. He told me he'll send me a message on my seat, he also booked this seat for me." "Okay! Let’s move to your seat, wait for his message, and don't try to be extra smart, I'm watching you, I'm keeping my eye on you all the time." Then the tiny man sat back on his seat from where he ran. AD sat a few seats behind him and kept watching him.

After five minutes a young child passed near the tiny man, then the tiny man received a small piece of paper, he opened it and there was written on it, "Come to the two apartments ahead from here." AD quickly got up, moved ahead towards his seat, took a piece of paper from him, read, and ordered him to do the same which is written on the paper. He began to walk and AD walked behind him, keeping a little distance from him. When he reached the desired compartment AD stopped outside deliberately, watching carefully from the outside. The tiny man stopped at the center of the compartment, almost after one minute staying a man with normal height, a little fat, sharp eyes, dark brown hair got up from one seat and moved towards him. “Didn’t anyone see you coming here?" He asked the tiny man. "No one saw me, boss." "Okay, let's go from here."

 

Before they moved, AD came inside and pointed a gun at him. "Don't move otherwise I'll kill you."

Other passengers got scared, some of them screamed. But the man didn't waste any time, he threw the tiny man on the AD and began to run. AD ran behind him, they crossed two apartments more running and finally the man dropped with colliding something. AD grasped him tightly and pointed a gun at his head. He shouted, "If you try to move I'll shoot you." The man finally agreed to his defeat and raised his hands. "Now tell me why did you kill my wife?"

"Because you arrested my brother the previous year and many times you caught our illegal items, that's why I made a plan to kill you. So I sent my man to kill you but unfortunately, you survived and your wife was accidentally killed. "

"Who is your brother?" He asked him again.

“His name is John." 

AD knew who John was, he was a big culprit. AD arrested him last year and he knew his other accomplices wanted to kill him but unfortunately, his wife was killed instead of him. He hit the back of his gun on Jonathan's head and said, "Now you are in custody, enjoy your next life in prison."
